The Team Behind the Films
Behind Sisteria Films is Lou Camille.
Educated at Sciences Po and La Sorbonne, Lou combines her literary vision with high-level management skills.
Highly sensitive to films from a young age, she has developed a sharp eye for scripts, becoming a driving force for Sisteria Films.
As a Director of Photography, trained in fiction through self-study, she has brought her sense of nuance, light, and chiaroscuro to numerous audiovisual productions.
She has used her sensitivity to visually render the films conceived by directors, respecting their intentions.
She is described as “a Terminator in the field and a sorceress of the image” (David Yol).
“Terminator” is quite an exaggeration! Lou is also an expert team manager in production. Beyond that, her determination, resilience, and persuasive power have brought together talents, teams, and numerous partners in France and abroad (Switzerland, the USA, Canada, Italy, Luxembourg, the UK…).
Her hypersensitivity enriches her production company. It colors her working methods and the selection of important subjects that resonate with people.
Lou is a producer who draws from her own experiences, as an emotional spectator of the stories she reads and watches. These are the stories the public loves and wants to hear.
With Sisteria Films, Lou chose to go further, to produce and advocate for the films she is passionate about.
With Sisteria Films, Lou wanted to support films that engage and speak to the depths of our being.
Genre films, queer films, lesbian films.
Reflecting her own story, sensitivity, and commitment.
And reflecting the talents she highlights—those who hesitate to step into the spotlight, often women, but not exclusively. All those who question themselves because they haven’t been heard by the film industry, despite offering gems.

With Lou, Maud Derrien. The specialist in writing and screenwriting.
Maud completed a degree in literature at the University of Brest, then turned to cinema and obtained a master’s in screenwriting at ESRA. She then worked as a screenwriter and consultant on several fiction projects.
Her first film is *Belladone*. It is here that Maud meets Lou, who is responsible for the cinematography.
As if it were obvious, Maud joined Sisteria Films as Head of Fiction Development right from the company’s inception. She immediately contributed to the creation of the catalog.
Maud is the guide for our talents. She supports authors and screenwriters in developing their projects. Thanks to her, her kindness, her humanity, and her rigor, creators reach the full potential of their stories.
